This policy explains what information Shortla collects when you use this website or place an order, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Order details. When you send us an order, we receive your name, mobile number, delivery address and the items you chose.
• Messages. We keep what you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Your cart. Your cart and offer code are saved in your own browser. They aren't sent to us until you send an order.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and our font provider, Google Fonts, receive your IP address and browser details when you load a page.

How we use it

We use your information to confirm and deliver orders, handle returns, answer questions and meet our legal duties. We don't sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed with delivery companies, and with WhatsApp when you choose to order through it. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages you send there.

Payment

Orders are paid in cash on delivery. This website doesn't collect card or bank details.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for [2 years], then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information using the contact details below. To clear your cart, remove the items from it or clear your browser's site data.
